Refund policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. We are committed to providing quality activewear and handling returns and refunds fairly and in accordance with applicable South African consumer-protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and, where applicable, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).
1. Change of Mind & Unwanted Items
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we may accept a return provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item has not been washed
- The item is clean and free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair or other marks
- Original tags and packaging are still attached where applicable
- The item has not been damaged or altered
For hygiene-sensitive activewear, including leggings, sports bras and other close-fitting garments, we may not accept a voluntary change-of-mind return once the item has been worn or washed.
Our voluntary change-of-mind policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under South African law.
2. Online Purchases – Cooling-Off Period
For qualifying electronic transactions, you may have a statutory right under section 44 of ECTA to cancel the transaction without giving a reason and without penalty within 7 days after receiving the goods. The consumer may generally be charged only the direct cost of returning the goods. If payment has already been made, the Act provides for a refund within 30 days after cancellation.
Certain transactions are excluded from this cooling-off right, including specified goods that cannot reasonably be returned because of their nature and certain personalised or made-to-specification goods.
3. Defective or Faulty Products
If an item is defective, unsafe, of poor quality, or does not meet the requirements applicable to the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the CPA's implied warranty provisions, consumers generally have a six-month statutory right to return defective, unsafe or inferior-quality goods without penalty and at the supplier's risk and expense, subject to the circumstances and requirements of the Act. Depending on the circumstances, the consumer may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
This statutory protection cannot simply be removed by a store policy.
Please note:
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage caused after delivery may not constitute a product defect.
4. Incorrect or Misdescribed Items
If you receive:
- The wrong product
- The wrong size that we sent
- The wrong colour
- An item materially different from what was advertised or ordered
- An item missing components that should have been included
please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Where the goods do not conform to the agreement, your rights under the CPA will apply.
5. Damaged Items on Delivery
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item appears to have been damaged during delivery, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of:
- The item
- The damage
- The packaging
- Your order number
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges where an alternative size, colour or product is available.
For a change-of-mind or size exchange, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
For defective or incorrect goods, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Hygiene & Activewear
Because our products are worn directly against the body, we take hygiene seriously.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, we cannot accept activewear that has been worn, washed, soiled, stained or otherwise used.
This does not prevent a consumer from exercising any statutory rights relating to defective or unsafe goods.
8. Return Shipping
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, where permitted.
Where the return relates to defective, unsafe, incorrect or non-conforming goods, the customer's statutory rights regarding return costs will apply. The CPA provides protection for qualifying defective goods returned within the statutory period, including return at the supplier's risk and expense.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and assess a returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
Where a refund is due, it will generally be processed using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required by law.
The time for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Where a statutory refund timeframe applies, we will comply with the applicable legal requirement.
10. How to Request a Return

11. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any rights you have under South African consumer-protection legislation.
Where this policy provides a voluntary benefit, such as a change-of-mind return period, that benefit is additional to your statutory rights.
If there is a conflict between this policy and a mandatory provision of applicable South African law, the applicable law will prevail.
